Symbol

Any object on a ProcessBook display is defined as a symbol: graphics, text labels, connectors, trend objects, bars, and so forth. AF elements, such as flows, nodes, boundaries, and so on, are represented by ProcessBook symbols. However, these have specific properties, defined in the AF Database. Therefore, while all AF elements are symbols, not all symbols are elements.
